did you see that wiz-rockets game last nite?? da old man was UNCONSCIOUS!! esp in overtime!!
okay, so he had his ups and downs: 18 pts in the first half, but only 7 in the second--and he missed the buzzer-beater. but the overtime was pretty much all his: 10 pts on 5-for-6 w/ one layup over yao and a one-handed dunk (yes, he did). seriously, when is this guy gonna be sent back to his home planet??
thing is, he was questionable goin into the game cuz of the swellin above his knee after collidin w/ reggie i-flop-my-wings-like-a-chicken miller. and the second half really showed his weariness and pain--even in the OT, he was barely runnin up the court..
but man, as amazin as it is watchin kobe drop 40 after 40--this may be more amazin..
50 minutes, 35 pts on 15-of-26 (and how many of those are jump shots?), 11 boards, 6 dimes, and 40 yrs..
which reminds me..
funniest stat ive seen in a while (no joke): "since turnin 40, michael jordan has averaged 30.6 pts.."
haha..

only if he didn't star in space jam, he would have had a perfect career. oh well, i guess nobody's perfect.
