no cigar..
so we (duke) lost tonite. my quick thoughts are: the game was closer than i thought, coach k had a good plan goin into the game but made poor adjustments after roy made his, and the best thing to come out of the loss is reddick workin (and thinkin) hard in the offseason..
oh well, at least my bracket is intact..
- just to clear up any possible confusion, my dog and my grandma did NOT die this past wk or the wk before or recently. they both died when i was in the sixth grade--both on separate wednesdays..
- interestin quiz. wut are you?
- so i got the new zelda the other day. but im gonna wait to spill any real thoughts on it til i get a good chance to immerse myself in the game. but so far, so gooooood (okay, harry?)..
- on that note, i was thinkin--after readin the last pages of a book, you close the back cover as you think over the opinion of the world you were just immersed in. or when walkin out of a darkened theatre into the frickin bright and piercin light of the real world, you usually have a generally feelin of whether you enjoyed the movie or not. maybe not always, but usually--fair enough?
why is it then when listenin to a song for the first time--from an artist youve known well for years or from wuts just playin on the radio at that moment--you cant really 'judge' it when its over? i think its difficult to have formed an sincere likin or dislikin to a song even if you paid attention to every word, note, every nuance..
isnt music funny like that? isnt music great because of that??
