quest-ion..
if given the choice, which would you rather find: meaning in your life or happiness for the rest of it?
in this case, the two are mutually exclusive--you can have and know the meanin of your life, yet not be happy w/ it or in it. or you can be filled joy and satisfaction every day of your life, yet not have a single, worthwhile purpose or pursuit..
im not really sure why, but i thought of this while eatin dinner tonite. and dont ask me wut i think..
- my new favorite show is boomtown. how do i know? when i it instead of law & order..
i think the gimmick of the show was the initial draw: the non-linear storytellin. yet, wut makes the show for me are the characters. the fact that the audience is shown each characters point-of-view of wut is happenin not only shows us wut they see, but also wut they experience. i hafta say the characters almost feel real..
- i also like how the show is based in la. as once was said of the new york for law & order, the city is the eight principal actor in the show..
- so the topic of laundry came up on a friends blog site the other day. and i just hafta, i hate doin laundry--absolutely despise it. the collectin of clothes, the sortin into lights & darks, the waitin, and esp the damn foldin..
if i wasnt married to esther, im convinced i would do laundry six times a yr. if i had 364 pairs of socks, i probly would do laundry.....once..
yes, socks is the limitin reagent--wut does that say about me?

damn!! my dog (cocoa) keeps frickin f-a-r-t-i-n-g when hes asleep!! man, wut is his problem?? i feel like i should plug up his butt or somethin..
